A Texas Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Megan Bolyard Photography located in Houston, TX!

"Leandra wanted a natural, but colorful setting for her senior session so I took her to a place called Helen's Gardens. There are gorgeous flowers, greenery and a fountain there. It's a pretty small location but it's so diverse that we were able to get a great variety of photos with no problem. We shot with her letterman jacket and her tennis racket, which seemed more traditional, but there was a sort of glam twist to those shots that I absolutely love."

Gear: I used my Nikon D610 and switched between my 85mm 1.8 and my 50mm 1.8. I used a reflector for most of the shots, and kept my aperture pretty wide open. I love that shallow depth of field.
