SENIOR STUNNER OF THE WEEK .. APRIL 28

Emily Engelhardt of Emily Jane Photography was our guest judge for this past weeks' Senior Stunner image. She had a tough time choosing only one gorgeous image! Simple is beautiful and uncomplicated, and this portrait portrays that in spades. The composition and perfectly balanced symmetry, along with the gorgeous surroundings, compliment the ballerina and her elegant pose, not distract or compete with it. It's a beautiful balance. I'm also a sucker for beautiful, flattering poses and from soft hands to full toe point, she makes this look effortless.I'm also a big believer that seniors should look like High School Seniors, not overly processed or sexy, and I love the the post processing on this is minimal. Nothing is forced or overly contrived. From exposure to setting to pose, I love the softness of this image.
