Bio:
" I'm Carly. Camera Artist, Memory Creator, and Photographer. I love and shoot all kinds of portrait photography, however, I quickly found my passion lies in TEEN PHOTOGRAPHY. Providing a boost in self-esteem to young girls is huge to me. More than just the heartbeat of my business, mentoring teens has been a life calling and my photography and business extends far beyond photos. I have been extremely lucky to have been mentored and educated by some of the top photographers in my industry in the States. I love everything about editorial-styled portraits. The fashion, the energy, the excitement and the amazing clients - I dedicate my career to staying on top of all trends and styles to help clients bring their dream shoot to fruition."
What Inspired The Shoot?
I have always been inspired by those images in Vogue. I had just converted my garage into a natural light studio and was itching to get in there and practice. The shoot was styled by a young designer who was using these images in her marketing of her clothing line. The hairdresser and makeup artists were wanting to showcase a few different looks and we went from glamour to festival.

What Inspired The Shoot?
Local Stylist, Gerlinda Stella and I worked together on this concept shoot. Gerlinda was to design the shoot for an editorial piece showcasing the Urban Safari trend. We were lucky that the model's family owned a property about an hour away, so we headed on up for our destination shoot! We always have a laugh and say the image on the truck was inspired by Safari Barbie! And how lucky were we to get an inquisitive wild emu!!
