An Oregon Senior Session
Today's featured senior session comes to you from Lily Fields Photography, located in Eugene, Oregon.
Susan shared about her session with us: "Payton is a 2014 senior. It is always a special treat when I can photograph a senior that I have known their whole life! Payton's family moved out of the area, so they made a special trip back "home" to have her senior portraits taken."
Inspiration: "Payton's love for the beach, or as we call it in Oregon, the coast, inspired this session. We knew we wanted to incorporate a bike, basket and flowers. The wooden chair has a special meaning to Payton and her mom, so that was included as well. Payton's love of photography inspired the use of a vintage camera from her collection."
Gear: My camera is a Canon 7D. These were all shot with an 85mm 1.8 lens.
She looks like such a fun senior! I love the ones in the purple top!! Thanks so much for sharing your session with us:)
When asked about herself and her business, Susan said "I'm a fairly new photographer, in business less than 3 years. I've tried a few different niches in photography but have landed on seniors and families. I shoot in natural light, but hope to venture into OCF one day! I'm always looking into ways to improve my art and it's a toss up of whether or not to spend money on workshops or camera gear!"
