An Iowa Senior Session | Fourth of July

Happy 4th, yall! I just had to share this session today...by Image Bearer Photography, located in Iowa City, IA.Describe this session:"We call it 4th of July Vintage! Inspired by the dreamy 1941 bright red airplane we were blessed to use for the shoot and the amazing style of the 40's. Finding the plane was actually quite easy. What was more difficult was finding authentic clothing to fit the style. I stumbled upon The Second Act store in Iowa City that carries authentic vintage clothing, and after meeting with the owner Melissa she outfitted the entire shoot: clothes, shoes, gloves, hats and jewelry! It was an INCREDIBLE blessing to have found them, as well as to have done this fun concept shoot with my spokesmodel team!"What inspired this session?"The plane! My friend Alex, who's a pilot, hooked me up with this dreamy 1941 airplane! He knew I wanted to do something fun and festive for the 4th of July so he showed me this and I KNEW we had to do a Vintage 4th of July shoot!! My girls were SOOOO EXCITED about this theme!"What gear did you use?"Canon 6D, 70-200mm, 85mm 1.2, and a nice 'ol large reflector!"Hair & MUA?"These girls REALLY know how to do amazing makeup! Most girls did their own hair, and I was able to take on a few victory rolls!"Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style Guide Senior Style GuideWow, what a fun fabulous shoot!
