An Illinois Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Shelby Photography, located in Washington, IL.

"Mary is one of my high school senior reps for Shelby Photography. After meeting with her at a pre-consultation and reviewing our What To Wear Guide, we determined that she had a style that followed Senior Glam and Casual Chic route. She also loved nature and all things Disney, especially Minnie Mouse so we tried to encompass her love for all of things in her session."

Inspiration: "HATS! Mary rocked the hats. I went to Target and picked out 4 different hats that would coordinate with Mary's outfits. I also really loved her "Minnie Mouse" hoodie. She ended up getting a large fine art canvas of the close up with her Minnie hood for her bedroom."

Oh I LOVE all of the hats!! The 4th photo down is my total fave...the goldish hat and a peony--couldn't be more perfect!! Thanks so much for sharing this submission with us!

Cindy shared a little about herself: "Shelby Photography is located on the historical Washington Square in Washington, IL. We specialize in high school seniors and weddings.

I have been in business since 2005 but recently acquired a small studio space in April. The studio is used for pre-consultations, in person sales, and showing my work. Developing the What to Wear Guide, having a studio space and meeting with my clients prior to their sessions to have them try on their outfits, shoes, and accessories and has helped my business grow significantly. The final outcome is more inspirational and satisfying for not only my clients but myself as a growing photographer."
