An Alabama Senior Session
Today's featured senior session comes to you from Stacy Shadix of Stacy Jay Photography, located in Montgomery, AL. Here is what Stacy had to say!
Please describe the session for us:"I was so thrilled Rachel chose me to take her senior pictures. She wanted something that truly expressed her personality and dance, since she will soon be dancing in college. So we hit the streets of Montgomery and made it happen! I was on a mission to make her senior pictures amazing and something she would remember forever. So I surprised her with some 2018 balloons and powder and we really got creative! Rachel is a beautiful girl inside and out and she owns it when she is dancing. I was blown away! I think we really did capture all the things she was looking for in her senior pictures!"

What inspired the session?"Rachel really wanted her personality to come out in her images. To accomplish this I made sure to get her natural looks as well and what I call the "mom pics" which would be all the images mom loves. I love to give my clients a little of both and needless to say, they were thrilled with their collection. When Rachel told me she danced, it really got my creative thoughts going and I decided to get some colored powder to use in her images. It got a little messy, but boy was it fun! We even had a hilarious moment when her mom accidentally flung color on her. It was a super fun time with her and her family! We really clicked and the rest is fabulous history!"
