"Amber is a senior at York High School in Yorktown, VA, so what better location than historic Yorktown to shoot? Yorktown is full of battlefields, look-outs, hidden vignettes, and a cute market area. Amber isn't into props, and to be quite honest, neither am I. We both wanted beautiful portraits that showcase HER in outfits she chose, as she will hopefully be attending Virginia Commonwealth University's fashion program next year. She is naturally beautiful; her baby-soft hair and freckles undermine the sophisticated poses we played with, ending up with a truly gorgeous session full of photographs displaying her sweetness without being "too grown up". I loved that Amber chose natural makeup to highlight her already-alluring eyes, and didn't cover up her creamy skin."
