A Texas Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Munfy Photography, located in Fort Worth, TX!

Describe this session for us:

"This session was inspired by the classics and the warmth of being outside and everyday living. Hunter really wanted to show his love of fishing and his passion of sailboating. His mother wanted pictures with his suit and he wanted photos with his sailboat. I wanted to capture it all but wanted to do so in such a way that captured his personality without having to pose or stage things too dramatically. I wanted the photos to appear as tho I wasn't there. I think what we came up with was natural and candid."

What inspired this session?

"Since 95% percent of my High School Senior Sessions feature girls, I am always excited to do a senior photo shoot with a senior guy! Now without sounding like I am dogging on my senior guys, most of them are only doing their senior pictures because their moms want them to do it! When I ask them what they think would be cool, they will almost always say, “Man lets just get it over with…” Lets be honest guys, I get it! But as a photographer, the ultimate bonus is when a senior guy says, “lets do something different or something cool!” At that point, the wheels in my head start spinning and the ideas start coming! My inspiration came from Hunters inspiration and his hobbies- Fishing and sailboating!"

What gear did you use?
