A Texas Senior Session

"When I first Jordan I absolutely loved her sweet personality! We started chatting about all the ideas she had for her session and the things she wanted to incorporate. One of the very first things she mentioned to me was a gorgeous custom designed Sherri Hill dress that was designed especially for her when she was Miss Colleyville last year. PS its not surprising to me that she was a pageant girl…she’s absolutely stunning! Once I actually saw her dress I knew the perfect spot to use as the backdrop for her session and she agreed it was perfect! I felt like we were shooting in a magical street in Italy somewhere. The next thing she told me about herself was that she LOVES to read! We were both in luck because the wildflowers where in full bloom when we shot her session and we incorporated one her favorite books into the session. Lastly she really wanted to incorporate her drum from band. I just love the simplistic feel of the field with her fire engine red drum. She recently lost her cousin tragically so we were sure to incorporate special memories of him into her session for her to keep forever. One thing is her gold watch and her "Z' necklace she wears everyday. All of her cousins have one to help keep him close in their hearts. Jordan truly amazes me. She’s beautiful, extremely smart (she’s graduating 1 year early) and artistic! Her sense of self and confidence in who she is as a young adult is AMAZING. I had so much fun collaborating with Jordan to make her session unique and personal to who she is."
