A Tennessee Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Sarah McAffry Photography, located in Knoxville, TN! This is the perfect session to feature for the close of 2014!

"These Class of 2014 senior girls have had amazing senior photo shoots this year, and they came to the studio to celebrate the end of an amazing year and to dream and hope for all the things to come in 2015.We started by making dream catchers together to symbolize all of the dreams they have for the coming year and all of the change that is about to happen in their lives.We ended the with a total girl day including hair and makeup, wardrobe styling with all things sparkly and soft and furry. They had a super fun photo shoot to celebrate the new year and all of it was captured in a Behind the Scenes Video by Nicholas and Keaton as linked below."

Gear: "All images were shot in the studio with natural light and a 5D Mark III with a 24-70 f/2.8L Canon lens."

Inspiration: "While at a craft store, I found this piece of scrapbook paper that was gold and sparkly. It inspired me to do a New Year's Photo Shoot at the studio. As I began to think more about it, I knew it had to be about more than pretty pictures. So we came up with the SHINE in 2015 concept. The girls had journals to write in, to dream dreams, to visualize the coming year, and to set goals. They made dream catchers to hang in their rooms as a constant reminder of all that 2015 has to offer them. It was a day that inspired and encouraged them to be their best self in the coming year."
