A Michigan Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Michelle Cuppy Photography of Ada, Michigan! Here is what Michelle had to say!

Describe the session for us:

"This session took place in late August on a sunny afternoon with Madison, who was home for just a few weeks before returning to boarding school in Sedona, Arizona. We met in a park that was previously used for farming but has now been turned into many fields of wildflowers. This location was perfect for Madison, who describes herself as a nature lover, and wanted to have her senior photos at a location that reflected her personality. The session was relaxed and although the sun was setting fast at the end, we still were able to get all that Madison wanted for her session!"

Tell us about the gear used:

"I used my Canon 5D Mark III with various lenses (50mm 1.2, 85mm 1.8, 35mm 1.4). I also utilized a reflector throughout the session."

What inspired this session?

"The inspiration from this session is really Madison herself. Before each session I talk to my client to determine what her interests are and what kind of session she desires. Madison spends a lot of time outdoors hiking and exploring and so a session in which she could be surrounded in nature made perfect sense."
