A Florida Senior Session

Today's featured senior session comes to you from Alicia Haskew Photography, located in Tallahassee, Florida!"This session took place in downtown Tallahassee, FL. Nikki had her hair and makeup done by Laura J. Artistry, and she mixed her wardrobe up by having some of it styled by a local boutique, Spriggs Laid Back Luxe, while mixing in looks from her own closet. Nikki is a senior with her own fashion blog. She dresses to the nines, even when she's dressing down. She definitely knew exactly what to wear, and she is a natural in front of the camera. This was taken a couple hours before sunset, in the summer."Tell us about the gear used: "I used a 5d Markii, 24-70mm lens. I used a reflector, natural light, and different ways of using the sun, whether it be bounced or directional. I had a lot of fun playing with sun light during this session."What inspired this session: "Nikki's flair for fashion inspired this session. We wanted it to be much like an editorial shoot in each outfit. Each outfit inspired a different feel for posing and lighting: black jumper was more "night out", jeans and square top was more of a Billabong Lookbook, and the tulle skirt, was more of a fun "girl about town" feel. We played with different lighting and locations to achieve these different looks."Hair and Makeup Artist: Laura J.
